Please allow up to 2-4 business days for delivery on UK orders.

For EU orders, please allow up to 4-6 business days for delivery, depending on destination.

UK standard shipping is £3.99. UK delivery is free for any orders over £50.

EU standard shipping is £9.99 for all EU orders.

Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of the respective shipping partner (Royal Mail, DPD, UPS). We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item/s and request an exchange or refund, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Fill out the returns slip included in your parcel, and notify us via email before sending - info@jab-box.com

We are unable to provide a refund for any returned items that have been visibly worn or damaged.
