Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing at JAB!

You can return your items for a refund to the original payment method to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@jabboxing.club with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason why you want to return.

All returns are at the cost of the customer and we advise that you obtain proof of postage, as we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for any returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage is available.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

- Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, and have no visible signs of use.

We offer a full money back guarantee and aim to have the funds back into your account in 5-10 business working days once the product is received.
